- Regularly conducting on-site monitoring visits, delivering detailed reports to senior management, and maintaining ongoing dialogue with key donors to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Serving as the Sanctions and Anti-Terrorism Focal Point, ensuring that all operations comply with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Providing legal expertise on agreements and contract frameworks, particularly in complex negotiations with international partners.
What You Bring:
We are looking for a skilled, driven individual who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments. Ideally, you possess:
- A University degree in law, investigations, or a related field, or equivalent significant experience in aid diversion, compliance, or anti-corruption.
- Formal training or certification in investigative methodologies.
- At least 5 years of experience in investigations, anti-corruption, or fraud prevention, ideally within the humanitarian or international development sectors.
- Strong knowledge of sanctions, counter-terrorism, and compliance frameworks, with experience navigating complex regulatory environments.
- A working knowledge of humanitarian contexts, with experience in finance or logistics being an added advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and with teams spread across multiple regions.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French or Arabic is a bonus.
- A willingness to travel up to 8 weeks per year to support on-the-ground operations.
We offer:
A full-time position of 37 working hours per week in a busy and inspiring workplace showing flexibility.
