LEGAL ASSISTANT – PERMANENT -ST HELENS- UP TO £25KAn exciting opportunity has become available to join our reputable client who pride themselves on their exceptional level of customer service and legal advice. The company is rapidly expanding, and you will be joining a busy team of 6 within their Client department at their modern, corporate head office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow within the legal field, develop their skills and build a long-term career.Duties will include:
- Dealing with a wide range of wealth management/wills/trust/probate /cop professional attorney files
- Running the files and completing administration task/preparing paperwork
- Organising meetings
- Opening/closing files
- Updating the Leap case management system
- Making enquiries on behalf of Solicitors
- Communicating with clients by telephone/ email and in person
Hours of work:
- Monday -Friday
- 9am-5pm
