LEGAL ASSISTANT/ PARALEGALSOUTHAMPTONElite Touch are excited to be working with their well established client who is now seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join their bust friendly team. You will be working both within both their Debt Recovery and Personal Injury teams.This is a varied role which allows you to make delegated decisions and grow your legal knowledge. Any applicant must be comfortable working with targets in mind. This position does allow for education opportunities.They take on road traffic accident claims, employers liability claims, occupiers liability claims, public liability claims, motor insurance bureau untraced and uninsured claims, criminal injuries compensation authority claims, package holiday claims and clinical negligence claims. Therefore you would be exposed to many areas of law.Main responsibilities for this role are:

• Preparing correspondence and documents
• Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
• Making appointments
• Operating the case management system
• Speaking with clients on the telephone
