We are assisting a highly reputable law firm in Glasgow, who are seeking a Legal Assistant to join their IP Renewals team on a permanent basis, where hybrid working is available.Within this role, you will work on a variety of tasks relating to Patent & Design renewals. Some duties will include: generating renewal quotes for clients; guaranteeing renewals are paid on time; liaising with clients via email / telephone; managing requests into the inbox; answering internal / external queries; general management of admin tasks.What are the requirements? In order to be considered for this role, you’ll ideally have some previous IP or Legal Administration experience.
