Overview:If you’ve recently graduated with a relevant degree and have an interest in working in a Legal team, or have some Legal and Compliance experience, this could be the role for you.The main purpose of the role is to provide support and assistance to the Legal and Compliance and Data Protection team. The role involves administrative and process driven tasks and requires familiarity with basic legal, compliance and data protection concepts.This role will be 35 hours per week Monday-Friday, working 9am – 5pm and it will be based in Runcorn. You would be required to attend the office at least 3 days per week.Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company that specialises in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. Our products and services are used worldwide to help care for critically and chronically ill patients. Responsibilities:

  • Managing the compliance mailbox including monitoring and allocating work
  • Developing and managing the compliance SharePoint and Compliance and Legal self-service area
  • Supporting on the HCP process where required by the LCO or Compliance Manager
  • Supporting with Business Partner Due Dilligence and producing & cascading legal and compliance updates to the business
  • Managing legal spend on a tracker, sending monthly reports to the Lead Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel
  • Developing and maintaining the contract register (SharePoint) for all signed documents
  • Legal research tasks & presenting findings in a format suitable for audience
  • Supporting the Head of Legal and Legal Counsel with administrative tasks including filing, file and document organisation and management and the development of precedents
  • Working with the LDPA and monitoring and triaging the data protection mailbox, responding to queries as appropriate and supporting with data protection tasks including subject access requests Qualifications:
  • Degree qualified with a relevant degree
  • Self-motivated and driven to learn and face new challenges
  • Ability to work independently but can also efficiently work in a team
