We are recruiting on behalf of a European pioneer who focus on addressing global challenges in nuclear decommissioning and sustainable waste management projects. This method reduces costs, minimizes waste, shortens project timelines, and recycles valuable materials through their European subsidiaries.The team has a strong history of delivering projects in various domestic and international nuclear market sectors. Their experienced engineers are involved from design concept to manufacturing, testing, installation, and commissioning. They collaborate closely with the newer engineers entering the industry.About the role: We are recruiting for a Legal Counsel who will support and report to the Senior Legal Counsel. You will be responsible for in-house legal matters with a particular focus on customer and supplier contracts.Key responsibilities will include:Reviewing and addressing Supplier contractsThe same with customer contractsNon disclosure agreementsAll in house legal advice and mattersThe required skills needed to be a success in this role:Knowledge of Commercial Contracts – reviews, drafting and negotiationIn house legal or Law firm experience is important (either or)Knowledge of New Engineering Contracts is an advantage but certainly not an essential. This is a new role and key to the continued success and reputation of a highly regarded European figurehead out of their UK offices in Hampshire.
