Legal CounselOur client, a leading multinational manufacturing organisation, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their UK legal team. This role involves working closely with the regional General Counsel, providing legal support across diverse business areas. You’ll be instrumental in helping business units achieve their strategic goals, particularly around ESG commitments, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key responsibilities include advising on commercial contracts, managing legal risks, and contributing to areas such as real estate, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. You will also lead on compliance and ethics initiatives, ensuring the business stays compliant with evolving regulations related to safety, environment, and data privacy.The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in an industrial or similar setting. Strong drafting and negotiation skills, coupled with a commercial mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, are essential.
