Job description

My client is a global financial services organization looking to hire a Legal Counsel in it’s Edinburgh office.Reporting into the division head you will be joining a small team of transactional lawyer who focus on a wide variety of group matters.This role will suit an M&A lawyer looking to move in-house although other transferrable skillsets from a transactional angle will also be considered.There is flexibility in terms of candidate’s PQE but realistically they will be in the 1-6 PQE range.
