Our client, leading global financial institution, is looking for Legal Counsel to join it’s highly regarded legal team to support the Global Markets business. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert legal advice on structured products across multiple asset classes including Equity, Credit, Fixed Income, and FX.The successful candidate will be working closely with the business and advise on complex structured products across a broad range of asset classes and support on related regulatory matters and implementation (MiFID II and FCA rules).Skills required

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience gained at a leading law firm or financial institution advising on structured products/derivatives.
• Exposure to advising on regulatory frameworks and matters relating to MiFID II or FCA rules.
• In-house experience gained through a secondment is advantageous but not a pre-requisite.
