We’re looking for a Legal Counsel who’ll advise Revolut on compliance and legal issues around our financial products. An expert in consumer credit and financial regulations to undertake a hands-on role but know how to lead when needed.

- Advising the business on compliance and legal issues surrounding structuring of new and existing financial products (primarily payments, banking, and data protection)
- Drafting customer-facing legal documents for products
- Working with product and commercial teams to design and deliver solutions that are compliant with regulations
- Structuring and expanding Revolut’s products while managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
- Proactively engaging and working alongside local regulators in Ukraine
- Handling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times
What you’ll need
- 4 Years PQE Experience
- Excellent academic and law firm credentials
- Experience advising on financial regulations in Ukraine
- Expertise with PSD II and banking regulations
- Sound judgement, composure under pressure, and a collaborative mindset
- Confidence making decisions where there’s ambiguity or incomplete information
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian
Nice to have
- Experience advising on payments products
- Familiarity with license applications
Compensation range
- Vilnius: €7,500 – €8,300 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €7,500 – €8,300 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
