Permanent, Full-TimeOur client, a specialist law firm based in London, is actively recruiting for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis – working as their new Litigation (Employment) Paralegal.Working with a team of experienced Lawyers/Fee-Earners, this is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with previous Employment Law experience to move into a role with a busy and varied workload.As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:– Liaising and corresponding with the Tribunal/High Court
– Conducting legal research and fact gathering
– Preparing bundles
– Proof reading and assisting in document formatting
– Drafting summary legal updates, articles and blogs
– Assisting throughout the Litigation process
– Reviewing marketing materials+ plenty more.To qualify for this Paralegal opportunity, you must have/be the following:– Have previous experience working as a Litigation/Employment Paralegal
– Be degree educated (minimum 2:1 LLB or GDL / LPC is desirable)
– Have knowledge of DSARs/general Employment Law/Employment Tribunal Litigation
