In this role the successful Legal Executive will support the activities of the General Counsel for all aspects or compliance and legal matters undertaken and entered in to by the company.

This role would suit legal professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where their expertise in law can be leveraged to contribute to the success of a global industry leader.

The Role:

• Support all legal and contractual requirements
• Providing legal and commercial support during contract negotiations
• Support the Legal Counsel with the development and presentation of legal precedents presentations to business groups

The Person:

• Professional Legal Qualification
• Ideally trained in a medium to large commercial focused law firm or in-house with a major corporate
• An articulate and effective communicator with a good appreciation of contract law
