£65,000 – £75,000Are you a seasoned legal Finance Manager in London seeking an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and prestigious environment? I am working with a leading Legal 500 firm in London, and they’re currently in search of a highly experienced Finance Manager to join the team ASAP.Key Requirements of Finance Manager:
- Preparing monthly forecasts and maintaining and updating the financial models behind them
- Helping to prepare monthly Management Accounts
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders
- Producing financial KPIs and providing insight into their findings
- Working capital management
- Informing senior management and assisting in strategic and operational decision making
- Supporting improvement initiatives, including process automation and technological implementation
- Other ad-hoc pieces of financial analysis
- Providing support to the Head of Finance, where required
The Candidate:
- A strong degree level education from a good university
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Experience of working in FP&A
- Finance Manager experience inside a Law Firm
- Able to consider the impact of changes to overall profitability and performance of the business
- Professional services experience is desirable but not required
- Strong forecasting, modelling, and data analytics skills
- Advanced experience of Excel
- Experience of using Power BI (or equivalent data visualisation or business intelligence software) is desirable but not required
- Tenacious and thrives under pressure
