Legal Secretary / Assistant Wills & Probate
Location: Bury
Salary: £26,000 £28,000
Employment Type: Full-time preferred (part-time considered)We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable law firm seeking a Legal Secretary / Assistant to join their established Private Client team. This role will be based in the Bury office and would suit someone with experience working in a fast-paced professional environment who is confident supporting fee earners and delivering a high standard of client care.Key Responsibilities:

• Providing professional secretarial and administrative support to the Wills & Probate team
• Handling client calls and enquiries in a polite, efficient and professional manner
• Opening and closing files, preparing initial documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the team with diary management and day-to-day coordination of the department

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in a busy professional office (legal sector preferred)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
