Legal Service Provider / Kirkuk

As a Legal service provider (SP), works with the Legal Team Leader / Protection and Rule of Law Manager in Kirkuk office. The SP is responsible for legal activities in the areas of intervention in Hawija. The SP will conduct daily field visits to identify legal needs for vulnerable cases, provide legal counselling and case management, deliver legal information and awareness sessions, identify clients and take on legal cases according to his/her caseload and legal specialty (civil documentation, personal status, housing, land and property, and detention).

The Service Provider shall be compensated with a full fee amounting to (3,480,000 IQD) as legal fees for the services outlined in this Terms of Reference. Payments shall be made in two instalments of the total agreement’s amount.
