CambridgeOur client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Legal Team Administrator to provide essential support to their fee earners. This is more than just an admin role – it’s an opportunity to be at the heart of a thriving legal team, ensuring seamless operations across client management, document administration, diary coordination, business development, finance, and front-of-house duties.The Role:

• Provide support to fee earners.

• Keep client details up-to-date and manage billing instructions with precision.

• Assist in creating, formatting, proofreading, and archiving legal documents.

• Manage schedules, anticipate conflicts, and plan ahead to keep the team running smoothly.

• Track activities, maintain deal lists, and assist with event planning.

• Process expenses, manage billing, and oversee client money transfers.

Essential Requirement:

• Strong organisational skills with a sharp attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive problem solver who can anticipate challenges before they arise.

• A team player who takes initiative and ownership of their role.

• Prior PA or administrative experience (legal sector preferred but not essential).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
