Legal Trainer – Cheshire My client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their Learning & Development team. One of the leading providers of legal services to the residential property and remortgage markets. THE ROLE To support the design and lead the training delivery of conveyancing and remortgage systems To provide clear training to colleagues throughout the business Delivery of all aspects of technical training including Conveyancing and Remortgage systems and processes through face to face or virtual courses and programmes Facilitates the Group wide welcome event to all new joiners to the business Training delivery of technical learning pathways and up-skills as required by the business Work collaboratively with subject matter experts within the business to ensure training is accurate and fit for purpose Support the evaluation and continuous improvement of training through analysing feedback on training that has been delivered Prepare engaging and learner centric learning materials prior to training delivery Support the design and development of training plans for colleagues within the business Stay up to date with the latest trends in L&D to ensure L&D is delivering the best possible learning solutions for the business Support the development of new and existing Case Managers through providing coaching and mentoring Maintain colleague training records and support the reporting of training data through the learning management system Core Skills BENEFITS Salary up to £35,000 Potential for hybrid working Non client facing role Forward thinking firm with excellent workflow
