We are seeking a passionate and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Life Ready Graduates Manager. In this role, you will have management responsibility for staff across all campuses within the Life Ready Graduates team. You will oversee the development and implementation of high-quality, enterprise-wide student employability programs and industry engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a consistently high standard delivery of industry engagement activity throughout the colleges
  • Designing enterprise-wide employability programs and industry engagement strategies
  • Providing specialist advice and recommendations regarding project management, event presentation, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Leading and coordinating a team of professionals responsible for industry engagement, employability program innovation and delivery, and event and project management.
  • Providing strategic and specialist advice to academics and industry, as well as community, and business partners on Work Integrated Learning (WIL) policy/governance.
  • Communicating effectively with academic staff, Directors, and wider leadership teams through updates and other opportunities.
  • Apply project management expertise to plan and deliver innovative employability and industry engagement strategies.
  • Tracking and monitoring project management and event delivery across all levels of the Life Ready Graduates team.
  • Engaging in the presentation of Employability and Industry Engagement events with colleagues within the Office of Employability and Work Integrated Learning.
  • Creating industry and alumni engagement opportunities across enterprise-wide Employability activities. 

This continuing position is full time at a HEW 8 Higher Education Level and will be based at Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land)
