Role Purpose:

We are looking for motivated individuals who share and understand our thoughts and opinions to help us achieve our goals.

We currently need to fill the position of life skills trainer for adolescents, where the trainer will work to give life skills training and principles to adolescents from 13 to 18 years old.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Training adolescents according to the curriculum.
  • Preparing periodic reports on activities to the line manager.
  • Attend all monthly meetings.
  • Attend training curriculum development courses.
  • Adhere to the organization’s code of conduct.
  • Commitment to the duration of the contract unless it is terminated.
  • Ensuring that accountability and safeguarding procedures are adhered to and followed, and that any observation is reported.
  • Preserving the dignity of the beneficiaries and not causing any harm.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in life skills facilitation.
  • At least two years of experience in dealing with adolescents.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • A very good level of presentation skills, effective communication (verbal and written) and speaking with confidence.
  • Knowledge of the principles of humanitarian action and protection principles.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible schedules.
  • Good communication skills.
