Job Title: Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid)

Strategy & Planning
This role will focus mainly on segment level growth within our Creative Cloud portfolio, as well as on driving incremental growth opportunities for our channel.
Responsible for developing and detailed coverage plans that outline how to best apply the various LCM surfaces (email, desktop notifications and in-product placements) to drive growth and sourced revenue across strategic & tactical initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies in the production of new content and customer experiences.
Understanding the business priorities, opportunity sizing and resource availability will advise your strategy.
Make use of a variety of data models and insights to resolve the best approach.
Ensure we are aligned with Global priorities and initiatives to ensure that locally driven campaigns are operating in whitespace and deliver incremental benefit to the business.
Execution
Rolling out the programs will require collaboration with peers in cross functional teams (e.g., tech, campaign, web, sales) as well as hands-on involvement.
You will closely run projects through-out the whole project cycle (conception, definition, execution, monitoring, closing)
Ensure that campaigns are set up and detailed in the Workfront project management tool, ready for deployment.
Measuring and Success
Understand what success looks like up front, that the important metrics are communicated across all partners and that the Campaign is set up in a way that the metrics can be measured.
Make sure that performance metrics are tied into the overall business priorities and are useful in terms of future program refinement.
Build testing frameworks where possible to assess business impact.
Validate in-quarter results across the team
Showcase program progress and successes to wider partners
Collating and communicating results at quarter end reviews
Skills:
Proven experience in planning and execution of pan-EMEA email marketing campaigns in a consumer/e-commerce environment.
Excellent analytical skills for data-led decision making.
Ability to analyze, size and prioritize opportunities.
The ideal candidate is well organized, reliable and able to handle sophisticated projects involving multiple partners.
Education:
5+ years of significant experience with a growth mindset, a solid understanding of CRM and experience in solving business problems.
