About the role
The Lifestyle Assistant’s primary responsibility is to support the Lifestyle Team Leader with activities and lifestyle programs that enable clients to participate in a variety of experiences to improve their quality of life. Our awesome team in Cleveland has an opportunity for a permanent part-time Lifestyle Assistant to join their team.
You will be part of a team who support our clients on group outings.
About You
You will be the sort of person who is open to expressing themselves, who is warm and friendly with the ability to motivate others in a safe and inclusive space. You will have excellent communication skills and a creative way of thinking. Be happy working your own case load or as part of an effective and dedicated team.
- A Certificate 3 in Aged Care and have also enrolled into Certificate IV in Leisure and Health;
- A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or nearing completion of this qualification is essential for this position;
- Current First Aid and CPR certification;
- A current National Police Certificate;
- Current Drivers Licence and your own reliable vehicle;
- Must be flexible in availability;
- Be confident in driving a 10 seater Van.
