We are looking for dedicated Lifestyle Workers to provide compassionate care for older individuals, supporting them to live comfortably in their own homes. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring our clients remain in the familiar surroundings where they have created many cherished memories.
When focusing on helping our clients remain in their own homes, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Personal care – showering, toileting and grooming both male and female clients
- Domestic Assistance – light housekeeping
- Meal preparation and serving
- Medication prompting and assistance
- Transport- appointments, shopping and social outings
- Respite – Being with clients to give carers a break
- Social support – assisting clients to access community
- Social Group – assisting clients to connect with each other
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in aged/community care and/or have relevant aged care qualifications
- Willingness to learn and a heart for the elderly
- Friendly and professional communicator
- NSW Drivers Licence with full comprehensive car insurance
