You’ll manage your workload, mentor junior designers, and ensure smooth delivery through site visits and collaboration.This role would suit a Lighting Designer with experience in AutoCAD, BIM, or Revit, looking to take creative lead on high-profile, design-led projects, all while working with a passionate, award-winning team on prestigious international work, earning bonuses, and progressing into a senior role.The Role:

• Lead lighting projects from concept to completion, including controls and detailing
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Support junior designers, join reviews, and attend site visits

The Person:

• Proven experience in architectural and interior lighting design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM and lighting principles
• Based in Hammersmith or easily commutable to
