Line Leaders Wanted In Minworth!Logistics People are looking for Line Leaders to join our team.Location: Minworth, Integrated Packing Services (IPS)Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday 05:30 -14:00Shifts Available

Pay rate: £12.64 – £13.34 P/hrPosition: Line LeaderAs a Line Leader for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:

• Operate packing machinery and production lines.
• Manage production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, and in accordance with QA and safety standards
• Effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets.
• Ensure the final product meets client specifications (SPI).
• Effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure the plan is met on an hourly/daily basis.
• Adhere to and promote best practices in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations.
• Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.
• Any other reasonable tasks, as per the Shift Manager’s request
• Experience working on a production line or in a similar role
• Organizational and leadership abilities.
• Problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience working as a Production Line Leader in a food or FMCG environment is desirable but not essential.
