CHAI endeavours to promote community health, control of communicable and non-communicable diseases; provide relief to disaster victims, support and rehabilitation to persons with disabilities, and advocate the right to health for the marginalized and the vulnerable. Project Summary:
The project supported by donor agency will focus on the overarching goal of enabling member institutions of the CHAI network to transform the lives of the underserved and disadvantaged and capacitate the members of the institutions through capacity building and networking to strengthen the healthcare services. This project requires a position which will coordinate and provide support to the member institutions for program implementation as well as for members for undertaking the training programs on online chai academy
Job Responsibilities:
Online training assistance:
- Contacting participants regarding their registration for online training sessions.
- Assisting participants in accessing and navigating the CHAI academy learning platform.
- Providing support, guidance and monitoring participants progress throughout the duration of the course.
- Encouraging timely completion of the course.
- Assisting participants in downloading their certificates upon course completion.”
Support for onsite training:
- Assisting members in completing the SurveyMonkey feedback form for the onsite training.
- Organizing members into online training groups according to their progress.
- Assisting members with booking travel tickets.
- Facilitating travel arrangements for participants.
- Coordinating logistics for the training sessions and notifying members.
- Providing assistance during onsite training sessions.
Providing ongoing assistance for project:
- Contacting member institutions to ensure timely submission of monthly bills and reports.
- Sending reminder calls to those who haven’t met the deadlines.
- Collaborating with partner organizations to address any necessary modifications to bills and reports.”
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree specially in communication/or a related field required.
- Experience in engaging with external institutions, big and small size.
- Experience in using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good skills on social media application handling.
Languages:
- Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing)
- Fluent Hindi (Speaking & Writing)
