livelihood Expert

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market and livelihood needs assessments for target beneficiaries.
2. Plan and implement vocational, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and digital skills training.
3. Identify and select eligible women beneficiaries in coordination with the project team.
4. Develop and deliver market-driven livelihood interventions.
5. Support beneficiaries in developing business plans and income-generating activities.
6. Establish linkages with employers, vocational institutes, and private sector actors.
7. Coordinate livelihood activities with protection, MHPSS, and legal services.
8. Monitor beneficiaries’ progress and collect project indicators and success stories.
9. Prepare activity plans, technical reports, and livelihood documentation.
10. Ensure all interventions are gender-responsive, conflict-sensitive, and comply with safeguarding and PSEA standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Development, Social Sciences, or related).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in livelihoods or economic empowerment.
• Experience in vocational training, entrepreneurship, and business development.
• Experience working with women, IDPs, refugees, or returnees.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic; good command of English.
