ROLE PURPOSE

The Livelihoods Project Manager will be responsible to manage the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of livelihoods projects. The Project Manager will 1) support in the design and planning for livelihoods projects, 2) lead on project management, ensuring that activities, objectives and financials are met in accordance with Plan commitments and donor requirements, 3) contextualize tools and materials that respond to identified gaps; and 4) ensure appropriate coordination and communication with partners and local stakeholders. 

DIMENSIONS OF THE ROLE

Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Director of Programmes (DoP), The livelihhods Project Manager will ensure quality management of Plan International’s projects through working closely with M&E, Finance, Operations, HR and other Programmes colleagues.
