Newly created role in a growing loan capital markets business.Looking for an associate level candidate with a strong debt market track recordSupport Loan Capital Markets team by developing subject matter expertise to assist origination activitiesSyndication and execution assistance throughout the transactional phase on dealsSupport underwriting and acquisition financing opportunities, from origination to closingProduction of high quality client presentationsMaintain key deal and market databasesResponsibility for key reports and memos for internal and external useFurther build and develop knowledge of syndicated loans and current market trendsDevelop collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders, such as CoverageSupport Sales team activity for primary and secondary businessNewly created associate role in a syndicated loans team |Supporting underwriting and acquisition financing from origination to closeStrong financial services track record – preferably bankingKnowledge of syndicated loan market essentialStrong credit analysis skillsUnderstanding of wider debt markets beneficialAdvanced modelling skills beneficialFinancial Services – BankingCompetitive salary and benefits packageAssociate level hire
