Description of the Assignment:  The primary objective of this assignment is to collaboratively conduct a comprehensive needs assessment with local authorities for displaced populations, evaluate shelter conditions and livelihood opportunities through on-site visits, identify vulnerabilities and challenges, prepare technical specifications for procurement, observe project activities for alignment, and provide recommendations for improvement.

 Period of assignment/services:  March – October, 2024 (80 work days)

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
