Description of the Assignment: The primary objective of this consultancy is to support UNDP Armenia’s SDG Innovation Lab in the digital transformation component of the “Resilience for All” project, focused on the provision of actual addresses and temporary protection certificates. Moreover, the consultant will be responsible for providing technical expertise, and actionable recommendations to advance digital transformation efforts of the Lab within the public sector.
