Result of Service
• Backstopped and contributed to the organization and followed up to the seventh and eighth steering committee meetings of the GlobE Network, and to the organization and followed up of the fifth GlobE plenary meeting, to the meetings of the GlobE Thematic Working Groups and Secure Communication Platform Task Force by supporting the overall coordination of the meetings and stakeholder engagement. • Data management for the GlobE folder on the SharePoint is kept up to date. • Designed and implemented online capacity building events and workshops. • Coordinated online event activities in collaboration with partners. • Developed concept notes and agendas based on strategic relevance. • Coordinated outreach to potential panelists and hosts, managed online platform, logistics, planning and execution of online events. • Coordinated and managed development of promotional materials. • Managed evaluation processes, development of event reports and data management. • Continuously monitored project progress against established milestones and deliverables. • Compiled necessary information for status reports, internal briefings, as necessary. • Supported the development of the project report as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications/special skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. • At least five years of progressively responsible work experience in project/programme management or coordination is required. • Experience in organizing trainings or delivering capacity building for law enforcement or judiciary is desirable. • Experience in the area of anti-corruption is desirable. • Previous experience with the United Nations is desirable.
Languages
• English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For this post, fluency in oral and written English is required. Knowledge of another official United Nations language is an advantage.
