We’re Studienkreis (part of GoStudent) – one of Germany’s leading tutoring brands with over 650 centers. And we’re done playing it safe. We want bold, creative, street-smart campaigns that make parents stop, students talk, and our centers fill up.We’re looking for a hungry, hands-on marketer to take full ownership of local growth for 2-3 Studienkreis centers in Germany (locations to be determined). Think hyper-local activations, school partnerships, community events, influencer buzz, guerrilla magic. If it works, it’s yours to run.🔥 What you’ll do

• Act as the CMO of your cities: full responsibility for local marketing in 2-3 areas
• Launch high-impact campaigns that drive real foot traffic and sign-ups
• Use local budgets creatively and effectively to fuel visible growth
• Build partnerships with schools, parent groups, and local influencers
• Highlight our strengths: affordability, accessibility, and proven results
• Tailor messaging to local communities and parent/student needs

✅ What we’re looking for

• A doer, a thinker, someone who makes things happen
• You spot the thing everyone will be talking about next week – and instantly think how to make it work here
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, partnerships, or brand (internships and freelance work count too)
• Fluent in German and comfortable in English
• Based in Germany with flexibility to travel regularly to your assigned cities
