What you’ll do
Local Recruiters will be responsible for all branch contact with candidates including the collation and upload of documentation, confirming candidate training/shadowing and liaising with the candidate in relation to start date. The purpose of this role is to ensure the candidate has a local contact in the branch who has visibility of their position within the recruitment process at all times.

What you need
Good standard of education, although no formal qualifications in HR or recruitment required. Excellent customer service skills – evidence of putting the customer first. Self-starter who is organised, efficient and autonomous.
Excellent local knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques including social media. Fluency in English (verbal and creative written communication skills) and additional languages is advantageous. Ability to collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others. Super connectors who live on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media outlets. Professional customer service orientation, polite, friendly and commercial.
