We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our management team at Hilltop House in the role of Local Service Manager. If you’re a great communicator and able to encourage, motivate and direct a staff team and have a good understanding of CQC standards, then we would love to hear from you as we may have your perfect opportunity.
Hilltop House provides personal care and support to our customers who are aged 18 or over and living with a range of physical disabilities. Set three miles from the town centre of Bury St Edmunds, Hilltop House has 12 unfurnished one-bedroom flats.
We’re very proud to have a Great British Care Award for Putting People First/Personalisation and have been highly commended by the Suffolk Care Awards in recent years. We also have an Outstanding rating from the CQC.
You will be responsible for effectively leading a large staff team to ensure that all Customers receive focused support. The role will ensure effective support systems are in place and also co-ordination of staff teams.
We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as on-going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. Sanctuary has their own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all.
