Summary of Requirements

The OSCE Mission in Kosovo (OMIK) is looking to contract a highly qualified service provider for provision of bus transportation services. The OSCE Mission in Kosovo (OMIK) intends to establish a Local Window Contract (LWC) for provision of Bus transportation services with an eligible, qualified and authorized company. The LWC is intended for a period of three (3) years with the possibility of two (2) years extensions, based on a successful performance and not to exceed five (5) years. The contractor shall be able to provide the Services on as-needed basis throughout the territory of Kosovo and neighboring countries in South-Eastern Europe, including rural and remote areas.
