Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a qualified Social Worker
• Must be able to work shift pattern of work, some night shifts will be required
• Experience of working withing a crisis resolution home treatment team model
• Experienced in Liaison Mental Health within A&E
• Experience working with Home Treatment Team
• Excellent assessment, risk assessment and care/risk formulation skills
• Must be able to drive
• DBS or Police Check
• Registered with relevant goverment body (Social Work England)
