- Location: Southend-on-Sea
- Contract length: 12 Weeks
- Pay rate:£20-25 per hour
- Start date: asap
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a qualified Social Worker
- Must be able to work shift pattern of work, some night shifts will be required
- Experience of working withing a crisis resolution home treatment team model
- Experienced in Liaison Mental Health within A&E
- Experience working with Home Treatment Team
- Excellent assessment, risk assessment and care/risk formulation skills
- Must be able to drive
- DBS or Police Check
- Registered with relevant goverment body (Social Work England)
