Role Overview
Logistics & Material Master Data Specialist is responsible for daily operational activities with Campari UK warehouse, production plants, third party logistics providers and customs brokers. This role also includes supply planning which assesses the current orders and plan future supplies to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
Logistics & Material Master Data Specialist is also managing Material Master Data for the SKUs sold on UK Market.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Supply Planning
- Stock monitoring on daily and monthly basis to ensure there is coverage for customer orders
- Manage Purchase Orders for finished products starting from Purchase Order creation and monitoring the delivery from Production Plant to Campari UK warehouse
- Plan future supplies in collaboration with Demand Manager UK and Planning Hub in HQ in Italy
- Support Demand Planner with relevant information regarding upcoming deliveries and stock levels
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders on changes in supplies
- Work close with Production Plants, forwarders, customs brokers and Campari UK warehouse to resolve supply issues that may arise
3PL Management
- KPIs monitoring and optimization
- Organizing and monitoring of the re-working activities (GWP, VAP)
- Participation in the physical stock checks
- Stock analysis and alignment between 3PL and Campari UK
Material Master Data management
- New SKUs creation and extension to Campari UK warehouse
- Maintaining the database of existing SKUs
- Managing of phasing-in and phasing-out of SKUs
Reporting
- Be responsible for managing data to share visibility and track performance
- Participation in development of new reporting tools and orders management tools
Customer Service
- Ensure a proper back-up to Customer Service UK Domestic and Export team when required.
In particular:
o Taking orders from Customers
o Manage the full order cycle
o Process returns from Customers
o Samples orders management

Experience and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience of customer service and logistics in FMCG company, experience in drinks industry preferred
- Manage complex data and able to provide detailed analysis to draw insights on the data
- Time management and prioritization
- Ability to deliver creative solutions
- Attention to details
- Problem solving
- Results oriented
- Ability to work under stress
- Strong communication skills
- Fast learner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced user of Excel
- SAP knowledge is a plus
