Logistics Assistant

Description

• Support daily logistics, procurement, warehouse, fleet, and office operations.
• Maintain logistics records, documentation, and filing systems.
• Provide logistical support for field activities, trainings, and workshops.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and donor procedures.

Main Responsibilities

1. Activity Planning and Implementation

• Support procurement processes and supplier follow-up.
• Assist with warehouse, inventory, asset, and fleet management.
• Prepare logistics documents (PRs, POs, GRNs, contracts, waybills).
• Support logistical arrangements for activities and field missions.

2. Reporting and Communication

• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Prepare logistics reports and updates.
• Communicate with suppliers and report operational issues.

3. Networking / Coordination

• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Support collaboration between logistics, program, and field teams.
