Logistics assistant/Van driver

Our well-established client based in Walsall are currently looking for a Logistics assistant/Van driver to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

The role will entail and not limited to:
– Driving a 3.5 tonne van
– Delivering and collecting from customers and vendors
– Responsible for the logistics area and goods in/out
– Liaising with engineers on repairs
– Keeping logistics area tidy

To be considered for this Logistics assistant/Van driver role you will need:
– Full UK Driving Licence
– Experience in a similar role (required)
– Able to use basic IT functions (excel, data entry, internal systems)
– Good communicator
– Team player
– Positive attitude
– Commercially aware
– Flexible approach to work

– Pay rate – £12.99ph
– Monday to Friday
– Mon- Thurs 08:00 – 16:30
– Friday – 08:00-13:00 (early finish)
