Balfour Beatty are currently looking for a Logistics Co-ordinator to join our Highways team based at various locations around the M25 for our NEAR (National Emergency Area Retrofit Programme) scheme.

What you’ll be doing

As a Logistics Co-ordinator – Balfour Beatty Highways – NEAR Scheme – Around M25, London/Home Counties, you will provide daily coordination of the logistic resource streams on various projects related to the NEAR scheme for our Balfour Beatty Highways business unit around the M25.

  • All materials, plant, haulage, site vehicles, storage operations, delivery management and labour, facilities and security
  • maintaining and improving key supply chain relationships in order to deliver works in the most efficient manner
  • Supporting the implementation of a digital approach to logistics delivery

Who we’re looking for

  • Previous/current construction experience
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Supply chain management knowledge
  • Analytical system experience e.g. PowerBI would be really useful
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • London/Home counties based/reasonable daily commutable distance of our projects around the M25
