Logistic Customer Specialist
£29,000 – £32,000
We are delighted to be working alongside a brilliant company based in Feltham, who are on the lookout to bring on board a Logistic Customer Specialist
They are looking for someone who has strong customer service experience within the retail and fashion industry. They are also looking for someone who has a good knowledge of using the WMS system, as well as dealing with couriers such as UPS, DHL and Fedex.
Do you have experience dealing with wholesale or ecommerce orders? Do you have excellent communication skills? Do you pay good attention to detail?
Logistics Customer Specialist duties:

Supplying the correct booking documents
Creating orders and shipping labels
Dealing with any stock queries
Liaising with couriers and forwarders about shipping
Working with the warehouse team in regards to incoming goods
