Background
SoCha is preparing to bid for the Analytical Services V (ASV) solicitation that will be issued by the Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG). The DRG Bureau plans to release the solicitation in February 2025. Once active, ASV will provide on-demand support to:
- Conduct DRG-related analyses, assessments, and research to meet the needs of USAID’s global cadre (for example, political economy assessments, literature reviews, and surveys).
- Strengthen local capacity to conduct analytical work (including training and grants).
- Provide rapid response technical assistance and on-demand technical resources and expertise.
SoCha is currently seeking qualified candidates to propose as Key Personnel in its upcoming ASV proposal.
Scope of work
The Logistics Manager will:
- Manage the delivery of all ASV tasks related to logistics.
- Track deadlines for deliverables.
- Ensure that ASV work proceed on time and within budget.
- Recruit and onboard consultants.
- Oversee logistics for consultants (including onboarding, travel, in-country support, security, and invoicing).
The Logistics Manager will report to the ASV Senior Program Manager.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or higher.
- A minimum of four (4) years experience fielding staff and/or short-term consultants worldwide in the most expedient and cost effective manner.
- Experience overseeing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in tracking budgets preferred.
- Understanding of USAID regulations impacting logistics preferred.

Salary
Expected salary range is $50,000-185,000, depending on advanced education and years of relevant experience.
