• Position Title: Procurement and Logistics Officer
• Reports to: Finance Manager
• Location: Kirkuk
• Duration: Two months, with the possibility of extension
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement of goods and services required for refugee programs, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
  • Oversee the inventory and tracking of supplies and assets related to refugee-focused projects.
  • Ensure that refugee project materials are sourced and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms for refugee program materials.
  • Ensure proper documentation for procurement processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee logistics planning to anticipate potential challenges in refugee-focused supply chains.
  • Conduct market assessments to identify cost-effective solutions for refugee program needs.
