Position serves as the Logistics Recharge Services Analyst within Logistics —a unit of Integrated Procure-to-Pay Solutions (IPPS) housed within Business and Financial Services (BFS). Responsible for the day-to-day client services of all Logistics units. Serves as work lead to Logistics Student Assistants who are mainly responsible for responding to client inquiries. The Logistics Recharge Services Analyst administers various recharge program operations, including Shipping & Hazardous Material Program, STORE, and Self-Storage.
The Logistics Recharge Services Analyst is responsible for Logistics product and program development by analyzing program metrics and evaluating current and potential business partnerships. Ensures that a saleable and current inventory of Logistics commodities are maintained, and makes a determination of product selection based on client requirements, pricing and usage. Oversees Logistics unit product and service recharges/billing and reports/resolves discrepancies.
On occasion, provides operational backup for various Logistics units and supports the Logistics Business & Operational Excellence team with projects as needed.

NOTE: Salary placement is determined by the top candidate’s overall qualifications/relevant experience, market data and internal equity.
Working knowledge of financial processes, policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge of financial data management and reporting systems.
Proficient in Microsoft software applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook; Experience using, or demonstrated aptitude to quickly learn Access and Visio.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, analytical, and effective verbal and written communication skills
Skills to provide coaching and mentoring to support staff.
Three (3) year full-time contract position with the possibility of extension based on the needs of the department and funding availability.
Job offer is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
Overtime and weekends may be required.
Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range: $56,700 – $97,500 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $27.16 – $46.70
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
