Long term agreement: Provide Conference & Accommodation Services in the Field

Introduction :

UNDP South Sudan CO intends to enter into non-exclusive Long-Term Agreement(s) (LTAs) with the successful bidder for the provision of an indefinite quantity of the specified Accommodation and Catering Services in support of UNDP’s operations. 

This ITB comprise of the following LOTs. 

·       LOT 1 Accommodation and Catering Services in Central Equatoria State

·       LOT 2 Accommodation and Catering Services in Western Equatoria State

·       LOT 3 Accommodation and Catering Services in Eastern Equatoria State

·       LOT 4 Accommodation and Catering Services in Jonglei State

·       LOT 4 Accommodation and Catering Services in Upper Nile State

·       LOT 6 Accommodation and Catering Services in Unity State

·       LOT 7 Accommodation and Catering Services in Northern Bahr El Ghazal State

·       LOT 8 Accommodation and Catering Services in Western Bahr El Ghazal State

·       LOT 9 Accommodation and Catering Services in Lakes State

·       LOT 10 Accommodation and Catering Services in Warrap State

·       LOT 11 Accommodation and Catering Services in Abyei Administrative Area

·       LOT 12 Accommodation and Catering Services in Pibor Administrative Area

·       LOT 13 Accommodation and Catering Services in Ruweng Administrative Area
