Job Summary:

Success Horizons Organization for Development is implementing a project “Supporting and Enhancing Youth’s Sense of Belonging and Citizenship through the Life Skills and Citizenship Education Program” funded by the International Organization for Migration (IOM). The organization is looking for a qualified and experienced trainer with a TOT certificate on the topics (life skills, citizenship education, violent extremism and social cohesion) to train youth groups selected by the organization in Zummar district. The trainer will be responsible for providing 8 training sessions, each lasting 5 days. The trainer will be responsible for preparing the relevant training materials in consultation with the ASO organization and will write the training report after the completion of the training.

تنفذ منظمة افق النجاح للتنمية مشروع ” دعم وتعزيز شعور الشباب بالانتماء والمواطنة من خلال برنامج تعليم المهارات الحياتية والمواطنة ” بتمويل من منظمة الدولية للهجرة IOM , تبحث المنظمة عن مدرب مؤهل و ذو خبرة و يمتلك شهادة TOT عن المواضع (المهارات الحياتية وتعليم المواطنة  و التطرف العنيف و التماسك الاجتماعي) لتدريب المجموعات الشبابية المختارة من قبل المنظمة في ناحية زمار, سيكون مدرب مسؤولاً عن تقديم 8 تدريبات كل تدريب لمدة ٥ ايام ,سيكون المدرب مسؤولاً عن إعداد المواد التدريبية ذات الصلة بالتشاور مع المنظمة ASO وسيقوم بكتابة تقرير التدريب بعد الانتهاء من التدريب.

 

Responsibilities:

• An action plan for training/workshop development, including proposed strategy and methodologies.
• Detailed training schedule for 5 days per session.
• Developing and designing the training curriculum.
• Power point presentations, flip charts, videos, templates, exercises, etc. for training sessions.
• Technical advice and support to participants during the training/workshop.
• Training workshop report with recommendations.
• Final report on the implementation of tasks after completion of training/workshops.
• Develop a list of materials required for training.
• Other responsibilities as requested and respond to program needs, including assisting and supporting other team staff with coaching and managing youth as needed.

 

المسؤوليات:

• خطة عمل لتطوير التدريب / ورش العمل ، بما في ذلك الاستراتيجية والمنهجيات المقترحة.
  جدول مفصل للتدريب لمدة 5 أيام لكل جلسة.
  تطوير و تصميم منهج التدريب.
  عروض باور بوينت ، ولوحات قلاب ، ومقاطع فيديو ، ونماذج ، وتمارين ، وما إلى ذلك لجلسات التدريب ؛

Experiences:
• Proven experience for at least 3 years as a trainer in social cohesion-related subjects.
• Must have a ToT certificate from a well-known establishment.
• Proven experience in writing training reports.
• Native Arabic speaker, and good English language skills.

 

الخبرة:

• خبرة مثبتة لمدة 3 سنوات على الأقل كمدرب في الموضوعات المتعلقة بالتماسك الاجتماعي.
• يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة ToT من مؤسسة معروفة.
• خبرة مثبتة في كتابة التقارير التدريبية.
• التحدث عربي بشكل جيد، ومهارات جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية.

Education:

• BSc/BA of social sciences or related field, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
• Holds a TOT Certificate in Social Cohesion from a recognized institution.
