Introduction : Dear Sir/Madam,

UNDP Lao PDR is looking for qualified firms/companies for Long-Term Agreements (LTA) for 3 years for provision of cleaning services for UNDP Office in Vientiane, Lao PDR

When preparing your proposals, please be guided by the instructions and requirements provided in the full version of RFP including all Annexes which are available on UNDP Lao PDR website at the following link: https://www.undp.org/laopdr/procurement

Bidding Schedule:

2 April 2024: Bidding document posted in the Quantum system.
8-12 April 2024: Site visits. (Contact Mr. Moud Chansamone, Tel: 020 5888 8174)
22 April 2024: Deadline for bid submission.
23 April 2024: Bid opening and evaluation.
1 June 2024: Contract commencing date.

Please submit your bid proposal online via Quantum system and upload supporting documents as specified in the complete version of the RFP. Bid proposal submitted via email and other channel is not acceptable.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
