About The RoleJoin the Atlas Workplace Services Team as a Maintenance Operative in Central London! Oyster card will be provided for travel.Are you skilled and dedicated to maintaining high standards and ensuring seamless operations across client sites?In this critical role, you will execute statutory and routine PPMs and promptly address reactive maintenance issues, ensuring strict adherence to contract Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain our standards.We seek a Maintenance Operative adept at delivering top-quality planned maintenance and reactive repairs, with a strong emphasis on compliance PPM across diverse disciplines. - Champion Engineering Excellence: Uphold Atlas Workplace Services’ high standards and competencies to drive operational impact.
- Lead in Maintenance: Perform PPM tasks, including L8 PPMs and compliance activities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Be a Communication Hub: Keep customers and the team informed with proactive feedback for smooth operations.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Strive for 100% customer satisfaction with a quality-driven approach to service delivery.
- Maximise Value: Efficiently manage resources and provide accurate quotes for minor works to deliver optimal customer value.
- Ensure Safety and Performance: Report task performance to your Technical Service Manager and ensure safe, efficient execution, including by service partners.
- Foster Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Account Support, Schedulers, Technical Service Managers, and Sub-Contractors to meet SLAs and build strong relationships.
- Master System Management: Keep the Maximo CAFM system updated and accurate using your tablet, meticulously recording all time on Work Order timesheets. Demonstrate commitment through exceptional service delivery and management of out-of-hours call-outs as required.
About YouMinimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required
- GCSE in English and Maths or Equivalent
- Legionella (L8) trained and competent (Desirable)
- Accredited Health and Safety qualification e.g. IOSH Working Safely or equivalent (Desirable)
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role
- 2 years previous experience within similar environment and in particular across area multi sites and multi discipline service delivery.
- 1 years’ experience in a customer facing environment.
- Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance.
- Good understanding of modern office software. Experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM systems on a smart phone.
- Strong, demonstrable competencies in building services trades and ability to turn hand to most activities within a building maintenance environment.
- Experience conducting minor drainage works.
- Experience in delivering L8 compliance maintenance.
