Reports to: Regional Station Engineer/Logistics Manager (when performing logistics functions)
Direct Reports: Storekeeper

The Maintenance Support Supervisor (Brussels) reports to the Regional Station Engineer and is responsible for station functions that support the maintenance team in delivering a safe, compliant, and effective maintenance product to ALT customers in Belgium.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Ordering of consumables and external services needed to support the maintenance activities;
2. Reconciliation of invoices related to local services;
3. Liaison with contracted carriers on logistics/shipping issues;
4. Supervision of the local stores, including holding authorisation as a Goods In Inspector and performing associated functions;
5. Airport access badge administration (personnel, vehicles, airside driving & staff parking);
6. Managing company vehicles;
7. Local tooling calibration control and liaison with Head Office & external calibration agencies;
8. Supervision and mentoring of trainee storekeeper;
9. Assisting with internal, customer and regulatory audits;
10. Any other function reasonably requested by the Regional Station Manager.
